The room was nice, the location is very convenient to everything Sioux Falls has to offer.
In a good location for shopping, nice Hotel and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Clean hotel with good location - near stores, restaurants & gas stations.
There was a bus there when we arrived, so expected a lot of noise and activity, but was actually quiet in the hotel.
The hotel room was nice and clean, hot tub were fine.
The rooms were clean (about the normal size for a hotel room) the decor was bright but not to overwhelming.
The hotel is a typical Fairfield Inn, nice pool and jacuzzi, decent breakfast, comfortable room and bathroom.

However -- the room was supposed to be non-smoking, and yet their housekeeping staff goes in the stairwell next to the room and smokes, which causes periodic smoke to infiltrate the room.
Non-smoking rooms don't mean housekeeping staff should smoke standing at the doors in the stairwells.
Breakfast area is super tiny and the hotel is quiet.
The breakfast was great and well stocked.
This Fairfield Inn is right by I-29, right by the big shopping mall, and close to lots of decent restaurants.
Breakfast was a self-service buffet in the cramped lobby area; actually for a budget hotel, it was OK, but they need a few more tables and chairs.
The staff was friendly, and happy to help with directions.

Nice hotel would stay there again, staff was friendly and the free wi-fi was appreciated.
The staff is very courteous and outgoing.
There is a tiny lot in front of the hotel and the front desk did not inform me at checkin that there is a larger adjacent lot to use should the front lot be full.
When I arrived, I asked if they had an elevator, and the clerk stated that they did.
When I returned, she was gone, and as I exited the hotel, I realized that she was outside, suveying the packed parking lot for the closest place for me to park.
I only learned of the other lot at checkout when I mentioned the lack of parking.
The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean.
Clean rooms, good breakfast and nice spa.
Clean hotel, excellent Customer Service and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice place, the staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean.
I felt that this was exception customer service, not to mention the fact that the room was clean and everyone was very professional throughout my entire stay.
